Quake III, Content Creation

These tests show the scalability of the Quake III and the advantage that the extra FSB speed gives you in games at this resolution. As there is not bottleneck in the video card, these scores are all dependent on the FSB speed. Notice that the KT133A scores creep very close to the DDR scores.
Pretty common occurrance here: the video card is now the bottleneck, even on the Gigabyte DDR system.
This benchmark is also very bus speed intensive. Notice that the FSB of the KT133A chipset nearly makes up for the advantages of DDR SDRAM on the Gigabyte motherboard. Something to watch out for sure.
