Past Epox products may not have stuck out from the crowd to potential buyers but I can only say that I very strongly suggest you consider this motherboard in your next purchase. If you would like to wait for the 8KTA3+ version, that may also be an option, as Epox expects to have that motherboard available in 2-3 months. You can expect a review of that board as soon as it’s available.
Many readers in the forums have commented about how hard it is to find 133/266 DDR MHz Athlon processors, and they couldn’t be more right. My best guesses for you are to keep trying places like Monarch Computer and our iBuyer.net sponsored Amdmb.com Store for the first ones available.
Epox has won me over with motherboard. Getting a 1.35 GHz system running makes me drool every time I think about it. This is the motherboard to buy if you are upgrading any time soon. In fact, this is the first time I have ever given out an Editor’s Choice award, even though I have had it available for a few months now. Congratulations, Epox. Keep the great products coming.
