For the last test, I decided to run a benchmark using Unreal Tournament. I find that UT really pushes a system to its limits. For this test I’ll be running the Thunder demo. This is a demo that runs much like the QIII demo. This test was run with all details set to HIGH at 3 different resolutions in 16bit and 32bit color.

I wasn’t able to get the frame rates with this demo as I did with the QIII demo’s. This game really works the entire system. If you look below you will see the overclocking results. While the Duron gained 3-4 FPS from overclocking the T-Bird was able to gained 5-8 FPS. These gains aren’t huge but I can remember when I would have given my last glass of MILK for a gain like this.
