SiSoft Memory and CPU Bench

These memory scores seemed a bit odd. The 1.4 GHz showed little improvement over it’s 1.33 GHz brother. In fact, on the AMD 760 chipset, it fell behind. These were very consistent results, so the problem wasn’t in the benchmarks themselves.
However, the CPU Bench scales much better, showing off what the additional MHz can get you. Unfortunately, this means that the 950 MHz Duron falls behind a bit.
Was that 1.4GHZ Athlon
Was that 1.4GHZ Athlon overclock to 1.65GHZ done with a voltage bump, or with stock voltage? Thanks
