Cachemem and ScienceMark

These scores concern me. I am not sure whether or not to account for these, simply because they are so low. What is more confusing is that SiSoft reported the numbers to be much higher than the rest of the Athlon tests I have done. Yet, here, cachemem shows the 760 MP platform behind dramatically.
However, even though the ScienceMark test claims to not support SMP, we see a 10% gain in performance. Perhaps this from the optimized TLBs or data prefetch of the Athlon MP then?
