There is a little more than 4% decrease in score when going to the KG7 from the KT266A powered Shuttle board. This difference is actually rather small when compared to what we saw a few months ago on the KT266A’s initial release.

While the difference between the nForce and the KG7-RAID is quite high, around 28%, when comparing it to the ALU score of the KT266A, the VIA chipset wins by a much lesser 5%. There are similar results on the FPU scores as well.

These scores are all pretty straight across the board, as we expected.
