I was very surprised by how well the Abit KG7-RAID board did during both of these tests. In the Content Creation test, the Abit board was less than 1% slower than the competing nForce reference and Shuttle KT266A boards. On the Business Winstone, the difference did increase to about 3.5% when compared to the KT266A. Oddly, the Abit KG7 did beat the nForce reference board on the business test. These results, and the following Sysmark scores should show that the Abit KG7 motherboard is able to compete with the newer chipset technologies.
