AMD Athlon XP 1900+ Processor Review

This content was originally featured on and has been converted to PC Perspective’s website. Some color changes and flaws may appear.

It has been less than a month since the release of the first wave of Athlon XP processors. The latest release today from AMD is the next speed upgrade in their XP line of processors.

The Athlon XP 1900+ runs at 1.6 GHz frequency and that is the only difference that you will find on the processor itself. The technology and enhancements remain the same, though the performance scales with the new frequency very well. I am not going to cover any of the aspects of what makes the Athlon XP 1900+ tick, but if you are interested in it, I highly suggest you look at my Athlon XP 1800+ Review starting at page 2.
