SPECviewperf, Cachemem and ScienceMark

The first two SPECviewperf tests here show the 1900+ taking a nice 4.5% lead on its cousin but the remaining two show nearly no difference. From that we can tell that the 70 MHz increase in frequency was not enough to overpower the video card bottleneck yet.
Cachemem shows a 2.5% gain in the Read speed on the memory due to the 1900+ processor, but a negligible gain on the Write test. These tests were run 10 times each, and the scores you see here are the averages, so they are very accurate. These results correspond fairly well with the SiSoft Sandra memory test scores.
ScienceMark shows yet another increase of about 5% here. The test takes full advantage of the extra speed the 1900+ offers, which is all you can ask for from an application. 🙂
