To follow along with the rest of the gaming benchmarks, the 3D Mark 2001 test shows a small increase (around 3%) on the KT333 motherboard over the KT266A. These results are right on par with what we saw during our review of the KT333 reference board in February.

Here the KT333 chipset gets a much better gain over the KT266A chipset. In the FPU memory test the MSI board is ahead by 8% and is faster by 6% in the ALU memory test. However, the K7N420 from MSI using the nForce chipset is still the leader on this synthetic memory test.

All of the motherboards give the Athlon XP 2000+ processor an equal chance to perform.
