The Direct X 8 intensive DronezMark test also shows that the Athlon XP processor speed and power is increasing linearly as the frequency increases.
In the Wolfenstein benchmark, which is based around the Quake III engine with a more stressful environment, we see the XP 2200+ processor in a lead over the 2100+ by 3.5% or so and the 2100+ leading the 2000+ by about 2.5%. That is a small difference, by nothing that is really noteworthy, yet.
