CliBench III is a synthetic benchmark built with multiprocessor systems in mind. As this test is purely synthetic, it scales very well with additional processors as you can see when comparing the numbers from the Tyan and MSI dual CPU setups to the AMD Quartet configuration.
Super Pi is a benchmark that calculates the mathematical number pi up to a given number of decimal places. This benchmarks is heavily CPU dependent, and in our tests we ran up to 4 million decimal places. Here the MSI and Tyan boards are very close in score while the Quartet board has a slight advantage.
