This is my first trip to Taipei, Taiwan for the Computex show and the city itself was still quite impressive to me. The Taipei 101, a new skyscraper being built between the 3 convention center halls, made the walks a little longer than usual, but the building itself is very impressive to look at.

I’m going to break this entire week’s show coverage into a couple of different parts. First, I’ll cover all the motherboard manufacturers in alphabetical order and show off what they had on display as well as what they had to say when I sat down and chatted with them. Next, I’ll cover the specials of the show including the VIA Technology Forum and the AMD Athlon 64 launch event that both occurred on Wednesday of this week.
Let’s get going, we have a lot of pictures to get through!
