Raidtronics was one of the first power supply manufacturers to come out with an ATX power supply housed in an aluminum enclosure.  They are sold under different names such as Raidmax and Powmax.  The Raidmax PM-S400W 400 watt ATX power supply is one of their more popular offerings and usually comes in a blue anodized, extruded aluminum case.  They were also one of the first (if not the first) to use an externally mounted intake fan on the end opposite the standard ATX exhaust fan.

The main ATX wiring harness is not sleeved and the wires feel rather lightweight.  Here are a few pictures showing the internal component layout of the Raidmax PM-S400W.

The Raidmax 400 is one of the least expensive power supplies in this roundup and it is by far the lightest in weight.  As you can see in the pictures above there is a lot of empty room inside the enclosure.  It will be interesting to see how the PM-S400W stands up against the competition.
