SiSoft Sandra, cachemem and AIDA32 are both showing the M6805 notebook with memory scores close to a desktop system based on the same processor. As the memroy controller is contained in the Athlon 64 CPU itself, this makes sense, and is an advantage for the Athlon 64 over other mobile processor solutions.

AFAIK, it can bu upgraded up to 2GB RAM. The issue is finding suitable SODIMMs.
I upgraded mine to 768MB RAM.
