Our Doom 3 test is a manual run through of almost two full minutes of game play. I have played this section now over 50 times or so, and the runs are very consistent and repeatable. Each test is run three times on each setting on each card and averaged to get the results you are seeing here.
As you would almost expect by now, the NVIDIA 6600GT card does out perform the X700 Pro card by quite a bit here, but the X700 is nearly twice as fast as the X600 XT card we tested not long ago.
