Gaming: X2 and Far Cry 1.1
Intel and the 3.46EE see a good gain in the X2 performance here and are nearly competing with the latest FX-55 processor from AMD. It is a closer competition with the FX-53 however.
The 3.46EE processor takes the crown from the other Intel chips for gaming performance on Far Cry, but still falls short of giving the flagship CPUs from AMD a run for their money. The 3.46EE is more performance comparative to the Athlon 64 3800+ processor.
