Synthetic Gaming – 3DMark & Aquamark 3
In the previous pages, we saw that the ECS 755-A2 was a more than capable match for the nForce 3 250Gb and the VIA K8T800 Pro, but here in 3DMark we can see the differences become more apparent. The ECS 755-A2 falls behind in both 3DMark 2001SE and 3DMark 05 by very large margins. This would imply that the ECS 755-A2 is slower in game performance than the others, and it will be interesting to see how this translates into real-world performance.
Like in 3DMark, the EC 755-A2 falls behind the pack. The 755-A2 is looking more tuned for business applications and multimedia, rather than for gaming.
