Introduction & Specs
We take a in-depth look at the VIA K8T800 mainboard by Albatron. If you’re looking for a motherboard with great audio features this holiday season, the Albatron K8X800 ProII could be for you!
Though Albatron has been producing PC hardware for a few years now, I still consider them the new kid on the block relative to long-time market vetrans Abit and Asus. But for a company that is relatively new to the market you couldn’t tell by looking at their products. They have successfully established themselves as being a strong combination of price, performance, and reliability.
Today we are looking at Albatron’s K8X800 Pro II motherboard supporting Socket 754 and the VIA K8T800 chipset. It comes loaded with features and accessories that is reminiscent of some other big-name board manufacturers.
