6200 w/ TurboCache – The Cards
The 6200 w/ TurboCache cards themselves are relatively not interesting since they provide for an entry-level card. There is a passive heatsink for low noise and no external power needed.

No power, and the single memory chip
The memory on the 6200TC in the shot above just barely peaks out from under the GPU heatsink. On cards with 32 MB of local frame buffer, the other chip is on the back side of the card.
Besides the difference in local memory buffer size between our two reference cards, we have to note that the 16 MB version comes with a 32-bit memory bus while the 32 MB card has a 64-bit memory bus. This will no doubt have an affect on card performance as well.
