ScienceMark
Seeing how the CPU and Memory have helped the Asus P5GD2 in other benchmarks, I find it peculiar that we do not see much of a difference amoung the systems. The exception being the 915P using DDR RAM which is showing much longer times than the rest which I suspect is an error since all other benchmarks in this review do not follow this pattern.
SuperPI
SuperPi is an old program that calculates the value of pi from 16,000 digits of accuracy to 32-million digits. Here we use 8MB of accuracy (8-million digits) which consumes a lot of memory and CPU power to calculate. The Asus P5GD2 soundly beat the older AMD systems by 2 minutes processing (time in the best case) but with the 915P running DDR coming very close behind.
