The overall score paints a bad picture on the XE 840 processor results, and by looking through each of the individual tests you can see why. There are a couple of tests that show promise however: the multitasking test and the Roxio VideoWave application both show the XE 840 faster than or almost as fast as the 3.73 GHz processor.
