HD Gaming: Battlefield 2

With the 100 FPS cap on by default, the higher the resolution tested on Battlefield 2, the more chances a video card has to differentiate itself from the pack.  Can either card do it here?

Again in the single card configuration, the R580 has a big lead over anything NVIDIA can throw at it.  A 12 frame lead in minimum framerate and a nearly 25% lead in average framerate is a pretty big win for ATI.  In our SLI vs CrossFire test, the average scores are pretty close between the X1900 XT and the 7800 GTX 512 (less than 10% lead to ATI) but the minimum FPS on the X1900 XTs is 15 frames better, and that is a big difference in fast action battles.
