Half-Life 2 – Canals09
Our second HL2 run through takes place in the Canals portion of the game where there are a lot of water reflections to deal with. Here’s a typical scene from our run through:
The X1900 XTX shows a lot of power in our Canals09 level run through; it holds a 20% advantage over the R520 and the 7800 GTX 512 in average frame rate and is also capable of keeping the minimum at 13 frames higher than the NVIDIA cards.
Again we see that SLI has a scalability advantage here as the 7800 GTX 512s running together are able to nearly catch up to the lead that the single X1900 XTX had in our previous results.
