CONSUMER ELECTRONICS SHOW, LAS VEGAS — Jan. 5, 2006 — Intel Corporation and Grupo Televisa, S.A. (NYSE: TV), the largest media company in the Spanish—speaking world, today announced a joint effort to provide consumers, for the first time, with a wide choice of on—demand, Internet—delivered Televisa content through Intel® Viiv™ technology—based PCs.

The plan is to provide digital programming that can be viewed and shared in the home on an Intel—based computer and variety of viewing screens and other consumer electronic devices. The companies plan to work together to enable and verify Televisa’s wide range of popular content for compatibility on the Intel Viiv technology platform. Televisa plans to make its digital entertainment services available over the Internet from leading manufacturers later in the first quarter of this year.
