Games Performance – Synthetic
Futuremark’s 3DMark benchmarks continue to be a good way of comparing game-like performance in controlled environments like our labs. The Gigabyte GA-G1975X and the other three Intel boards do their rounds on the 2005 and 2006 editions of this benchmark.
In each case, the GA-G1975X comes up very close to the NF4 and 955X competition, but doesn’t have enough to beat either. It’s interesting to see this video benchmark come up with slightly different, yet consistent, results. Let’s see if this pattern continues in some real games.
