HD Gaming: Half-Life 2 – Canals09
With more and more users looking at higher resolution monitors like the new Dell 30″ LCD that can handle 2560×1600, testing resolutions over 1600×1200 is becoming increasingly important. In our “HD Gaming” tests we look at some of our benchmarks we ran at 16×12 at 2048×1536 — the current highest resolution that any monitor in our lab can handle!
First up, we have the GPU-bound Canals09 map from Half-Life 2.
While the single card X1900 XTX shows its strength again here, when it comes to the strength of the platform, the SLI with 7900 GTXs wins out.
