“In an age of “over plastic” and wildly designed cases a classic looking case may grab your attention as never before. The RAIDMAX X-1 case maintains the appearance of a mild-mannered case while including all the right features to turn heads… without feeling overly pre-mod. In the hands of the right modder there is no end to what could be done to personalize the X-1.”Here are some more Cases & Cooling reviews from around the web:

Getting back to basics

The RAIDMAX X-1 gets back to basic case design, with a few extras. There’s no moulded plastic front, it is simply black and silver although there is an integral display included. Add the 120mm fan, and you have a pretty well designed case, though I’m sure once Modders-Inc has finished with it, it will look quite different.
