In our general applications testing, the T2600 and the Asus N4L-VM motherboard are never able to quite catch the AMD Athlon X2 4800+ processor but Intel’s CPU does make the chase very interesting with some close performance numbers. Keeping in mind we are using a chipset that is noticeably slower than the top enthusiast chipsets available, this performance still looks promising.
