3DMark06
The new Futuremark 3DMark06 benchmark was released just a few months ago and has already become a popular test for GPU benchmarks and CPUs as well. You can see my full overview of the new benchmark, what it has to offer over the 2005 version and some other initial scores from my previous article.
Looking at these 3DMark06 results, the X1950 XTX has a good showing with the CrossFire configuration deftly running past the 7950 GX2 and the Quad SLI setup. Our synthetic tests show the X1950 XTX with a deficit in the fill rate test, but is able to take a comfortable lead and/or tie from the other NVIDIA cards on the board.
