As Jake mentioned above that the power components would get hotter when water cooling, this is exactly what I saw. The VRMs on the board were at 250F without any airflow at stock settings with the FX-62. Just wanted to see how long it would run stable like this, I left the board running our CPU and RAM stability tests….for 3 days, and it worked perfectly. Certainly this is not something you want to do and I would suggest a little extra airflow around the CPU if your heatsink and fan unit is not doing the trick.
