The box for the Asus AiGuru S1 quite obviously showcases what the phone is to be used for: SKYPE!
Included in the box are two USB cables; one is a standard USB-to-small-USB cable (common for digital cameras and cell phones) that is used to connect the S1 phone to your PC during setup or for charging the unit. The flexible USB “arm” is used to attach the included wireless USB dongle to your system.
This USB dongle is what is actually responsible for creating the wireless connection between your computer and the Asus S1 Skype Phone. It can plug directly into a USB port or into the flexible arm if your configuration requires it. It can also be used to help “point” the wireless connection in a particular area.
This docking station comes with the Asus S1 phone and allows you to charge the phone without being connected to a PC.
The included manuals are very straight forward and give both a quick installation guide and a more detailed look at the functions and options on the Asus S1 phone. On the CD Asus has included both their AiGuru software required for the Skype phone to work as well as a copy of the Skype application.
