SANTA CLARA, Calif., Sept. 13, 2006 — Intel Corporation‘s board of directors has declared a $0.10 per share quarterly dividend on the company’s common stock. The dividend will be payable on Dec. 1, 2006 to stockholders of record on Nov. 7, 2006.
