EVGA’s Boxing and Included Extras
As you might expect, with a move to partners like EVGA, the retail packaging is going to be quite different than the traditional manufacturers. What are we going to do without giant, metal glad, female robot ninjas on our boxes???

Ah yes, that’s more like it. A big, double-barrel American looking motherboard box!

Clad in all black, EVGA has included a single floppy and IDE cable in addition to 6 angled SATA cables and power adaptors for 6 SATA drives.

The quick install guide and manual are in English — all of it! The user’s manual is actually an NVIDIA document (we can tell from the imaging used) with EVGA’s name input into all of the appropriate spots and my guess is that all of their partners will be doing it that way. The driver CD and floppy for RAID Windows installation are included as well.

EVGA has included dongles using all of the headers on the motherboard including one additional Firewire port, four extra USB 2.0 ports and even a legacy serial port should you need it. The case back panel is included as is the connector for SLI graphics configurations.

Here is the chipset fan before installation onto the motherboard — this is optional and only recommended if you are overclocking the chipset.
