CineBench 9.5

This new addition to the CineBench testing program updates the code to run in 64-bit mode if the user desires.  We are still using the 32-bit Windows here, so not a lot has changed though scores between versions are not comparable.

The CineBench render test has long been a staple of multi-threaded benchmarking, and here the quad-core QX6700 processor sees a 71% performance gain over the E6700 and a 79.5% gain over the AMD FX-62 processor.  In our newly added Pov-Ray 3.7 test, the quad-core QX6700 see a 101% gain over the E6700 and a 119% gain over the AMD FX-62!

The rest of the tests, including the World Bench 5 based 3D Studio applications and SPECviewperf, are only running single threaded or dual-threaded configurations so the increases are not seen on Kentsfield.
