CineBench 9.5
This new addition to the CineBench testing program updates the code to run in 64-bit mode if the user desires. We are still using the 32-bit Windows here, so not a lot has changed though scores between versions are not comparable.
3D Studio Max 5.1
In both DirectX and OpenGL flavors, this World Bench test goes through a basic 3D editing session and renders the images as well.
SPECviewperf 8.01
This benchmark has been a standard for quite a while in the workstation world and the 8th iteration of it includes newer applications and simulation models.
The mix of professional tests show that the motherboard you are using really makes very little difference in the performance as both the Asus Striker Extreme and the EVGA 680i and even the 975X-powered Asus P5W DH have nearly equal results.
