Conclusions

Thermaltake’s large Kandalf enclosure with Liquid Cooling System is an attractive system that offers a lot of storage options and space along with good cooling.  The included CPU liquid cooling system is complete and very easy to install.  The styling is contemporary and stylish without going over the top.

We’ve said from the start that the Kandalf LCS is a large, full tower system so I do not consider that a weakness — just keep it in mind if you are considering purchasing this system.  My main concern is with fan noise.  With all six fans running the average noise level was 40.7 dBA (measured 3′ away with a background of 30 dBA).  This may be perfectly acceptable for some users while others might consider it too loud for normal everyday use.
