We ran the standard SiSoft Sandra synthetic memory test.
The Core 2 Duo E6700 processor runs at 2.67 GHz while the E6400 in the P5B-VM runs at 1.86 GHz thus the processor results show an advantage to the nForce 650i Ultra motherboard. The AMD motherboard still has an advantage in synthetic memory performance thanks to the on-die memory controller.
