XMT 300 PC – A Look Under the Hood
Here are a few pictures showing the large printed circuit boards and components inside the Miller XMT 300 PC power supply. You knew these were coming, right!
Underneath the main chassis are several massive heatsinks and four 80mm fans for cooling. Duct work inside the power supply enclosure routes cool room air in thru the bottom lovers and exhausts the warm air out the upper lovers.
And finally, here is a picture of the main output terminals on the XMT 300 PC that feeds +12V power to the distribution modules. Notice there are six pairs of terminals for attaching up to six pairs of #6AWG cables, which will support up to six independent power distribution modules/PCs.
