“When it came to overclocking we were expecting to do quite well out of the ASUS P5K Deluxe, given how well previous ASUS P965 and 975X motherboards overclocked. Furthermore the Gigabyte P35-DS4 managed to get our E6700 processor to a stable 3.66GHz, which at the time was the best overclock this processor had achieved and that record was initially set with the ASUS P5B Deluxe. P35 Express board found in the wild
Through some odd timing, Legion Hardware managed to purchase a retail P35 board before getting a reference mobo from Intel and signing a NDA.
