Up for review at TechPowerUp! is the Noctua NH-U12F, a large (640g) cooler with 120mm fan and a few neat tricks.  It will fit on any current processor socket and has a rather innovative screw design that will keep you from over tightening them when attaching it and cracking your core.  The cooling performance is quite impressive at 27dB and the included adapter to slow down the fan makes it much quieter, albeit with reduced cooling capacity.
