Cooler Master

Cooler Master has long been admired for their impressive case designs though as of late their development has been somewhat slow.  They plan on changing that this year though and are making a splash at Computex!

These are the well known Stacker cases with a high quality paint finish on them; development is still being done on these and what designs they will offer, but since the people working Cooler Master on the project previously worked with Falcon Northwest, you can expect high quality appearance.

They had a couple of odd-job items like the eSATA external drive enclosure and this notebook cooler (it sits under the laptop).

This water cooling design is one of the few on the table for companies like NVIDIA and AMD to consider for upcoming graphics cards.  It looks like the chances of reference water cooled GPUs might still be a reality!

This dual-fan heatsink is HUGE!  It uses some interesting spring device on the fans though that keeps the noise low and the possibility of vibrations to near zero.  You can’t tell in a photo but the center of the fans can be compressed while they are running and sort of “bounce” when you touch them.

These are a couple of coolers that are already on the market.

Cooler Master is also going to attempt to make a splash in the high-end power supply market by offering a new 1250 watt unit this year.

For their demonstration, the 1250w unit was power TWO systems that each consisted of dual core processors and SLI graphics cards.

The new Cosmos enclosure in development looks very impressive — the same quality we have seen in cases like the Stacker and WaveMaster with a new design.

Pretty much everything is keyless and designed to reduce noise and vibration.
