Thermaltake
Thermaltake has grown into a real power in the case and power market in the last several years with an emphasis on high quality product. Their new Toughpower 1200 watt power supply we just recently reviewed was a great success!
This new HTPC enclosure is designed for the AMD DTX form factor and includes a touch screen and impressive home theater style finish.
A little bit larger design, the DH103 and DH104 offer similar features; one with a touch screen and other with a small LED display.
There were a few new coolers from Thermaltake including the V1 CPU cooler and memory coolers. The DuOrb looked impressive as well and followed a trend we saw of multi-fan heatsink designs.
These two upcoming power supplies were a surprise! The 2000 watt unit is going to available only in Europe since the US market, standard residential power lines can’t push that much power; instead we will get the 1500 watt unit!
As a demo for the 1500 watt unit, we saw it running a complete high-power enthusiast SLI system as well as a stereo amplifier and speakers.
This new case is called the Xaser VI and features a slide back top that enables the user to include a top mounted reservoir for a liquid cooling system. This way, you can add fluid to the system without having to take the unit out.
The Thermaltake SwordM is a great case; It turns out you will be able to buy it soon, but only through special order at the Thermaltake website.
