[H]ard|OCP noticed a video of a guy with a message to send to Apple.  It seems they denied his warranty claim on a Macbook, so he vented his frustrations and recorded it for posterity.
“After Apple refused to fix a laptop under warranty, the owner decided to express his displeasure with Apple by smashing the MacBook with a sledgehammer. Yes, there is video.

Michael could of tried calling back again later and getting a different rep, or emailing Steve Jobs, or filing a dispute with the BBB or AG, or any number of different options. Instead, this seems to have been his most personally satisfying option.”
