Vista or drivers, who is to blame?

[H]ard|OCP’s comparison of the frame rates that Vista provides versus XP has had some criticism recently. What is being mentioned is that they only test nVIDIA cards, and not a single ATI card. Today they rectify that, adding a ATI X1950XTX into the mix, and revisiting some of the nVIDIA scores as well. The tests provide some interesting evidence as to where the fault of performance gap lies.
