ZM-MFC2 Main Chassis
The Zalman ZM-MFC2 multi-function controller is housed in a steel chassis and designed to fit into a spare 5.25” drive bay. The gloss black and aluminum trimmed front panel looks great and should blend in perfectly with most any enthusiast enclosure. The actual display window is 75mm wide by 27mm high. The text and graphics are relatively small but easy to read when viewed straight on.

Moving around to the back of the ZM-MFC2 you can see the connectors are nicely laid out and clearly labeled.

OK, let’s see what this bad-boy has under the hood.
The majority of the control and monitoring functions are handled by the main PCB (except for the power monitoring). The two additional PCBs in the back take care of analog control (mode switch and jog wheel) and the digital display.
