The Satellite P205-S6287 is our first opportunity to review a Toshiba product. This huge “desktop replacement” notebook features the Core 2 Duo T5300 processor running at 1.73 GHz.
Toshiba has been building notebook computers for almost twenty years. My first impression when I think of Toshiba is that they build solid, dependable computers to serve the needs of business users. No sexy bells and whistles like the high-end gaming notebooks that are available today but basic dependable computing.
The Satellite P205-S6287 definitely fulfills my expectations. The system comes installed with Windows Vista Home Premium and it seems like the designers at Toshiba built a system with just enough juice to run the OS.
