[H]ard|OCP has a review of the fastest air cooled graphics card on the planet.  MSI overclocked a 8800 Ultra, but stuck with air cooling, which means the overclock isn’t that impressive, only 48MHz on the core and 70MHz on the memory.  The big news is that it is the cheapest 8800 Ultra you can buy.  Read on to see if the extra money is worth it, or if you are still better off with an overclocked GTX.
