Moving up in resolution obviously brings overall performance down some, but the results look pretty similar to our 1600×1200 tests — the 8800 GTX has a distinct lead and the AMD HD 2900 XT card is able to just edge by the 8800 GTS 640MB card.
SLI still performs very well here with an 84% gain on the 8800 GTX cards and an 87% gain on the 8800 GTS 640MB cards. The AMD HD 2900 XT cards in CrossFire see a 54% performance gain which is decent as well.
