UT3 Demo – HD 3850
Others may prefer to walk above the entire length of the map on the suspension cables that hold the bridge, and take advantage of the various power ups to be found in the towers mid-way across.  More deviant players may skip the bridge altogether, instead choosing to go below and use the rickety wooden piers and bridges that can also take you across the river to your enemies flag, and offers a chance to take a quick break at the island in the middle … to pick up the Redeemer.

Even though some more powerful cards are seeing the 60 FPS lock of the UT3 Demo affecting the gaps between cards, that isn’t the case here as the new HD 3850 bests the 8600 GTS scores by almost 57% at 16×12 and almost 90% at 20×15.  The CrossFire performance is flat though with no gain at 1600×1200 but that changes at the higher 2048×1536 resolution where we see a noticeable 30% scaling factor.
